Land west of Kirby Hall Road, Castle Hedingham

We are proposing a number of changes to Kirby Hall Road between the Primary School and the site, to improve access to the site and to help alleviate the congestion problem at school drop-off / pick-up times.

 

The following image details the proposed changes along this stretch of Kirby Hall Road, including widening of the roadway to between 5 and 5.5 metres between the school and the site, the creation of a 2-metre-wide footway along the western side of Kirby Hall Road, and creation of the access to the proposed on-site parking area for school drop-off / pick-up.
