Land west of Kirby Hall Road, Castle Hedingham

We will submit an ‘outline’ planning application to Braintree District Council, seeking consent for the principle of development on this site. All detailed design matters will be reserved for a later stage, except the proposed access to the site from Kirby Hall Road.  If our outline application is consented, a ‘reserved matters’ planning application would need to be submitted at a later date seeking consent for a specific layout and housing designs, which would need to be approved by the council before construction could begin.
